Annual international event focusing on construction contracts and dispute resolution will take place in Paris in October.
International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) will be holding their popular annual ICC-FIDIC Conference on International Construction Contracts and Dispute Resolution in Paris on 12-13 October 2023.
The annual two-day event, which gathers the world’s leading construction practitioners, aims to provide participants with an update of the latest industry insights, trends and developments in the fast-moving world of contracts and disputes. The conference will also offer excellent potential for networking for all industry professionals involved in using international construction contracts and in resolving disputes.
Any practitioner involved in international construction contracts and disputes is welcome to attend the conference which traditionally attracts a wide range of industry experts.
Those attending this year are expected to include engineers, contractors and in-house lawyers from construction companies, construction lawyers, arbitrators mediators, experts and contract managers and also representatives from international financial institutions and government bodies involved in procurement using the FIDIC standard forms of contract.
The full programme and speakers for the event will be announced soon. Early bird booking rates are available until the end of May and there are discounted fees for member firms of FIDIC member associations.
