New HR director to drive Royal Haskoning’s aim of becoming an employer of choice.

Royal HaskoningDHV has appointed Marie-Cecile Rossen as corporate director for human resources with effect from 1 October 2022.

Rossen will be responsible for driving the people agenda to support the company’s strategy, with a focus on Royal Haskoning becoming an employer of choice.

Commenting on the new appointment, executive board member Marije Hulshof said: “I am proud to have Marie-Cecile as our new corporate director human resources. Seeing one of our colleagues who started her career here moving up the ladder is exciting. I am confident that she will deliver on a sustainable and future-proof HR strategy that will attract, engage and develop employees and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.”

Marie-Cecile Rossen said: “I am looking forward to driving the company’s people strategy in line with our ambitions. Creating a culture that inspires colleagues and a good working atmosphere where everyone feels at home and cared for, are close to my heart.”

Rossen, who takes over from Meike Salvadó who is pursuing a career outside the company, has been with Royal Haskoning since 1994. In her present role as HR director Netherlands and HR business partner for the business line mobility and infrastructure, she has been advising on the HR agenda for the Netherlands and served as a trusted advisor and counsel for all aspects of human resources. Rossen also holds a master’s degree in human resources studies from Tilburg University.
