Ha Noi Hai Phong Expressway

Expessway connecting Ha Noi capital to Hai Phong city to develop Ha Noi, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Hai Phong economic centre while creating landscapes and architectural landmark.

The expressway was completed in just 84 months with a total investment of 44,600bn Vietnam dong. It has a total length 105km and a width of 33m.

The most modern expressway in Vietnam, the geometric elements of the selected route ensure the operation and exploitation capability are convenient for all vehicles. Other intersections are arranged with reasonable distance to attract traffic volume and improve the speed of the route.

Green trees are arranged along both sides of the highway to minimise noise, dust and create environment-friendly landscapes. At the same time, the modern service works are built in accordance with the length of the road to meet the needs of road users.

Infrastructure and technical systems include the central operating station, toll station, service, ITS system, surveillance cameras on the whole route. Environmentally friendly materials were also used and energy-saving LEDs were used for lighting. The permanent reinforced concrete bridges were designed to reduce maintenance and maintenance costs.
