Part of the planned Hanoi – Lang Son expressway connecting Hanoi capital to Huu
Nghi border gate, Lang Son province.

This $507m project was 63.86km with a design speed of 100Km/h over four lanes and was completed in 18 months.

The completed highway has reduced congestion on the current NH1 and reduce travel time from Hanoi to Hai Phong from four hours to 150 minutes. It has also reduce traffic accidents thanks to modern traffic safety system.
