A Danish gas and electricity operator has signed a licensing agreement to use FIDIC contracts.

- Lillebealt Crossing – FIDIC Yellow Book 2017
- Nybro Installation – FIDIC Red Book 2017
- Installation Sjaelland – FIDIC Red Book 2017
Commenting on the move by Energinet, Ieva Liaugaude, FIDIC’s international client manager, said: “It is great to see leading client organisations like Energinet using FIDIC contracts on their major projects. Our contracts have an excellent reputation for being well-drafted, comprehensive, practical and useable. As such, for decades they have been extensively used around the world and, as we see from this latest licensing agreement, by all accounts, such use continues unabated.”
