US consultancy firm HR Green has partnered with CIVC to access additional capital and resources to continue its growth trajectory.
Chicago-based private equity firm CIVC Partners has partnered with HR Green, one of the US’s longest-operating engineering and consulting firms, on its recent recapitalisation which will help the consultancy to continue on its growth strategy.
Founded in 1913, the 700-person infrastructure design, engineering and consulting firm provides engineering and technical management consulting to clients in diverse geographies and markets and has a healthy balance of private sector and public sector clients. HR Green is consistently ranked on ENR’s list of Top 500 Design Firms in the US, most recently ranked at 168. Key sectors in which the firm operates includes transportation, water/wastewater, municipal, broadband and land development end-markets.
HR Green provides its technical expertise and management solutions across the Midwest, South, Mountain West, and California regions and partnering with CIVC will provide HR Green with additional capital and resources it needs to continue its growth trajectory.
