Buro Happold has welcomed ten new partners into its global partnership.
Global consultancy firm Buro Happold has announced ten new partners, bringing the total number of Buro Happold partners globally to 108. The new partners include four new partners in each of its Middle East and UK regions, as well as two additional partners in India. These new partners will support Buro Happold’s ambitious growth strategy ahead of its 50th anniversary in 2026.

In India, Ashish Deshpande is the firm’s cities lead for the region and is based at its Mumbai office. Jyoti Gandh joined the practice on 15 May and is Buro Happold’s first female partner in India. Gandh will focus on client development, expanding Buro Happold’s presence to new geographies and supporting new offerings, playing a critical role in driving growth within the region.
Four representatives from the Middle East have also been nominated. Parvathi Nampoothiri provides urban strategies portfolio for the region, while Nada Hassnoui will continue to evolve and shape Buro Happold’s operations in the region as the operations and finance director in Dubai. From the firm’s advisory team, Ian Wilson in Dubai brings extensive knowledge in asset strategy, commercial advisory and operating model propositions and Ahmed Mokhtar has been leading the practice’s programme advisory offer.
In the UK, the firm’s Manchester office has two new partners. Andrew Tabern, is office director in Manchester and Lloyd Baker is the discipline unit lead for projects. Additionally, Sallyanne Lewis is structures discipline leader for the Bath office, while in London Edmund Metters leads the bridges group for Buro Happold in the UK.
