Our engineering supervision team responded proactively to local needs with creative and innovative approaches to design and implement the program. This initiative successfully provided a safe, livable, and sustainable environment for the disaster-affected area while respecting and preserving local cultural and historical heritage. Additionally, significant funds were allocated to enhance earthquake pre-warning and mitigation capabilities, including improving the seismic ratings of parks and scenic areas. This comprehensive effort ensured resilient infrastructure and a supportive community environment, fostering both immediate recovery and long-term stability in Lushan City.
This project made a significant contribution to restoring disaster areas and rebuilding homes by adopting a series of strict planning and management measures to ensure the efficient and fair use of funds and high-quality construction. Local residents affected by the earthquake were hired as construction workers, alleviating their financial pressure, while the project also focused on training these residents and improving their skills to promote the sustainable development of the local community and economy. Overall, the Lushan Earthquake Restoration and Reconstruction Project demonstrated high standards and outstanding achievements in policy, technology, environment, society, and economy, achieving a harmonious combination of humanistic care and economic benefits.
