Annual industry awards set to showcase the best in engineering, construction and infrastructure.
A prestigious industry awards scheme recognised across the global engineering, construction and infrastructure sector as “the ones to win” is now open for entries.
FIDIC’s 2026 Global Infrastructure Awards celebrate excellence in project development and delivery, the outstanding work of FIDIC’s member associations and also the achievements of the industry’s future and emerging leaders.
The winners of the awards, organised by FIDIC, the International Federation of Consulting Engineers, will be unveiled at a gala awards ceremony on Tuesday 15 September 2026 at the Andaz Delhi hotel. The event is a key part of FIDIC’s annual Global Infrastructure Conference programme, which is being held this year in New Delhi, India.
Three awards are included FIDIC’s Global Infrastructure Awards.
FIDIC Future Leaders Awards – These awards recognise outstanding achievements of future leaders in the global consulting engineering industry and encourage their active participation in FIDIC. Entries showcase best practice, raise awareness among member associations and their firms and demonstrate FIDIC’s role in supporting the next generation of industry professionals.
FIDIC Project Awards – These awards recognise consulting engineering firms worldwide for the impact of their projects on society, the economy and the environment. Submissions should demonstrate quality of design and construction, economic impact, environmental and social safeguards, sustainability and alignment with the UN sustainable development goals. Projects of all sizes are eligible to apply.
FIDIC Member Association Excellence Awards – These awards recognise the work of FIDIC’s member associations (MAs) in representing the global consulting engineering industry. Entries can reflect any aspect of an MA’s work or initiatives, with no fixed categories, so associations of all sizes can compete.
Entering the awards is easy, thanks to FIDIC’s bespoke online awards platform. There’s an easy-to-follow, step-by-step online submission process and all entrants are able to save their entry and return to it to complete later, making the process straightforward and user-friendly.
