New board member to drive forward the company’s society-focused ‘Stronger25’ strategy.
Royal HaskoningDHVās supervisory board has appointed Marije Hulshof as the third member of the companyās executive board. Hulshofās key focus will be driving the execution of the companyās Stronger25 strategy.
Last year, Royal HaskoningDHV developed a new strategic framework involving its executive teams, global leadership group and many internal stakeholders to ensure it connects with the companyās core purpose, people and clientsā needs. The new strategy for 2022-2025, Stronger25, builds on its purpose, āEnhancing Society Togetherā, to deliver its aims, create a stronger focus and build on key strengths.
Commenting on Hulshofās appointment, supervisory board chairman Peter Blauwhoff said: āIn dialogue with the executive board we concluded that more executive board level time and attention is needed to drive Stronger25 strategy execution and therefore we have appointed Marije Hulshof to the executive board. With her track record and experience she will bring additional capabilities to the board and help the company create more impact.ā
Hulshof joined Royal HaskoningDHV in 2012 from the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs. For the past six years she was global director for industry and buildings and successfully grew the business lineās services for light industry, renewable energy, buildings and data centres.

Royal HaskoningDHVās executive board now consists of CEO Erik Oostwegel, chief financial officer Jasper de Wit and Marije Hulshof.
